Domato PHN is the data layer for Australia's 31 Primary Health Networks. A white-labelled population-health portal — Census, ABS, AIHW, ACARA and state open data pre-mapped to every PHN catchment, planning-ready at SA1. Live in production with Sydney North Health Network.
