01 / 05The problem

What's broken.

Australian buyers, agents, brokers and renters spend hours stitching together ABS Census, ACARA school data, Valuer-General sales and state rental bonds — often paying for tools that wrap free public datasets behind a paywall.

02 / 05The solution

What we do.

SuburbIQ joins every public dataset to every Australian suburb into one searchable profile. Free for end-users, no signup, no paywall — every figure is citation-ready and links back to its government source.

Yes — completely free for end-users. No signup, no paywall, no credit card.

No. You can search, view profiles, and compare suburbs anonymously. Watchlist and recents are stored locally in your browser — they never touch our servers.

A composite 0–100 score across five sub-scores: Lifestyle (amenity density), Schools (ICSEA + count), Liveability (SEIFA), Value (yield × affordability), and Investor (yield + transit + amenity). The weights are documented on every suburb profile.

Some datasets only cover certain states (e.g. Valuer-General sales are public in NSW + VIC, paywalled in QLD + WA). Others suppress small-cell data (SA1/SA2 with too few records). Rather than fill blanks with bad averages, we show "—".

Profile data is citation-ready — every figure links back to its government source. CSV export is on the roadmap.
