Parents choose your centre long before they call.
Websites for Australian early learning services, built around the thing that actually matters commercially: turning a parent researching at 10pm into a booked tour. Designed, built, hosted and maintained from $49/month.
Four moments between a search and an enrolment.
Every early learning website we build is designed backwards from this sequence. It is the same funnel whether you run one centre or four.
- 01 · Thursday, 9:40pm
They search
A parent finally sits down after bedtime and types "childcare near me", or their suburb plus long day care. They are on a phone, they are tired, and they will look at whatever Google puts in front of them. If your centre is not there, nothing else on this page matters — which is why every site we build ships with the search basics done properly.
- 02 · Three tabs open
They compare
Yours is judged beside two other centres in adjacent tabs, in about forty seconds. Stock photography of a generic playground loses to real photographs of your rooms, your yard and your educators. This is the moment a website is either doing your job or quietly undoing it.
- 03 · Before they call
They look for the answers
Fees. Child Care Subsidy. Hours. What to pack. Whether there is a waitlist for the under-twos. Centres often hold these back for the tour conversation — but a question a parent cannot answer at 10pm does not become a phone call in the morning. It becomes the other centre.
- 04 · If you have earned it
They book a tour
The enquiry has to take one tap and about thirty seconds. A long form asking a tired parent to describe their family in a paragraph is where enrolment funnels leak hardest.
Built for the questions parents actually ask.
A page per centre
Hours, rooms and age groups, the educators by name, and real photographs of the space. Families researching two locations should never have to work out which details apply to which centre.
Tour booking that takes one tap
A short enquiry capturing the child’s age and a preferred day, sent straight to your inbox, with a clear note to the parent about what happens next. Nothing that reads like paperwork.
Fees and CCS explained plainly
A page that answers what a day costs and how Child Care Subsidy changes that, without pretending to give advice you are not licensed to give. Fewer surprises on the tour, and fewer enquiries that were never going to convert.
Your reviews, live on the page
Google reviews pulled in and displayed as they arrive. Parents trust other parents long before they trust a paragraph about your philosophy.
An assistant that answers after hours
An AI assistant trained on your centre — rooms, meals, routines, what to bring — answering the 10pm questions and handing over to you for anything about fees or a tour. Built for My Stars, and available on any build.
Fast, and fully managed
Mobile-first, loading in under two seconds on a phone, running on Azure and served from a global edge network. SSL, backups and updates handled.
My Stars Early Learning.
A family-owned group running two centres in Berwick and Essendon, the same mother-and-daughter team since 2012. Their job for parents starts long before the first visit, so the site earns trust early rather than saving it all for the tour.
- Centre pages for Berwick and Essendon, each with its own photography
- "Ask My Stars" — an AI assistant answering questions about rooms, meals and enrolment at any hour, handing over to the owners for fees and tours
- Tour-booking and enrolment enquiry flows
- Google Reviews built in — 4.9 stars across 128+ reviews
- Hosted on Azure, with ongoing support
The ones directors ask first.
- Can you show our NQS rating and quality information?
- Yes. Your rating against the National Quality Standard can sit wherever it does the most good — usually near the enquiry form, where a parent is deciding. We display what your service has actually been assessed as; we do not editorialise it.
- We have more than one centre. Does that cost more?
- Each centre gets its own page with its own hours, team and photographs. On the Growth plan that fits inside the included pages for most two- and three-centre services. Beyond that, additional pages are $15/month each.
- How do you handle photographs of children?
- We only publish images you supply and confirm you hold consent for, and we will happily build the site around room, yard and detail photography instead if that is simpler for your service. It is your call, and we will not push for faces.
- Can the site show whether we have a waitlist?
- Yes — either as a simple availability note per room that you ask us to update, or as a waitlist enquiry capturing the age group and preferred start date. Which one works better depends on how quickly your vacancies move.
- Can it connect to our enrolment or CRM system?
- Often, yes — it depends what the system exposes. Tell us what you use when you enquire and we will tell you honestly whether a real integration is possible, or whether email notifications are the sensible answer.
- How long does it take?
- Two to four weeks for a single centre, longer for multi-site services with a lot of photography to work through. The slowest part is usually gathering photos and confirming details with your team, not the build.
Tell us about your centre.
Send us your current site — or tell us you haven't got one yet. We reply within one business day with what we would do and what it would cost. No obligation.
